JT-Graphics strives to bring you the BEST in aftermarket decals , model kit, add-on/accurizing parts and other aftermarket modeling items.  We have been providing waterslide decals since September 1999 and over they years have expanded to resin parts and kits.  It's our goal to continue to expand our product line and add some unique items from other providers as well.

Our Decals

All of our decals are currently printed using Alps MD series printers.  Unlike Laser and Ink Jet printed decals, Alps printers have the advantage of being able to have both White and Metallics inks in our decals.  We painstakingly research, measure and scale our decals to fit properly.  You can rest assured that all our decal designs have been tested to insure a proper fit.

Our decal paper is of the highest quality and provided to us by Tango Pappa Decals. 

Model Kits and Resin Products

All of our resin products are expertly cast and use only high quality resin.  As with any resin product, there is the risk of air bubbles that destroy/distort detail.   We quality check all of our products TWICE.  Once by the caster and again by us before packaging.  We do not promise our castings will be completely free of bubbles.  However, if an unsatisfactory part slips through, we will replace it at no cost to you. 

Customer Service

Our customers are our biggest asset and we strive to provide the best customer service available.  If you have any questions or problems with the products you have purchased from our site, please contact us immediately so we can give you an answer or remedy the problem.  The BEST way to contact us is by Email and we check it throughout the day.  Generally, you will get response within 24 hours.   If you don't receive a response, it's possible that your email address is caught in a SPAM Filter.

While we are members on several online modeling related forums, we suggest that you avoid contacting us through the use of these forum's PM, (Private messaging), ability.   Please use this method of contact as a last resort.
